Flexible 1-Day Rental Calculation
The rental period is calculated per calendar day from 00:00 to 24:00 (midnight), or every 24 hours.
Example: If Mrs. Clara rents a motorcycle from July 5 at 13:00 to July 8 at 08:00 (Bali time), it will be calculated as
3 days of rental.
Free Pickup & Delivery
We provide free motorcycle delivery and pick-up services in certain areas at no additional cost.
Loss or Exchange of Helmets & Accessories
▪ If a helmet is lost or misplaced, a fee of IDR 150,000 per helmet will be charged.
▪ For other accessories, please contact our customer service for further details.
Flat Tire Policy
If a flat tire occurs after the first day of rental or after the motorcycle has been returned, the renter is responsible for the repair.
We recommend taking the motorcycle to the nearest repair shop for repairs.
All repair costs are borne by the renter.
Responsibility for Damage & Loss
The renter is fully responsible for any damage or loss to the motorcycle/car during the rental period.
The cost of replacement parts will be calculated based on the official dealer price to avoid excessive charges.
Legal Liability
The lessee is fully responsible for any legal issues, violations, or consequences arising from
misuse or negligence during the lease period.
